A Few Examples

A key member of your team leaves at short notice
You need to recruit, typically 4-9 months with notice period
You are overloaded and need an additional resource
You have an under performing business that needs turning around fast and all of your top managers are tied up on key assignments

WHO ARE THEY?

Very experienced managers, generally 40+
Normally have earned at least £35-40,000 pa in last position
Usually over-qualified for the job
Have made a conscious decision to be an Interim Manager
Operate through their own limited company with their own insurance
Prepared to work in any location and live out of a suitcase if necessary
Enjoy variety
Prepared to take up position within a week, sometimes days
Will be experienced at "Hitting the floor running"
Are not consultants but a member of your team, however, can act as consultants if required
Very focused on achievement of objectives and success of assignment. Not interested in politics or career advancement


HOW DOES IT WORK?

Should be in place normally within 2 weeks, sometimes days
Should be treated as a normal member of staff
Interims contracted to us. We contract to you
A daily rate is charged, invoiced monthly by us
The only other expenses to pay are accommodation, subsistence and mileage costs, normally using your own company policy. This is agreed directly between the Interim and yourselves
Initial contract for 40 days, followed by 20-day extensions as required
We require a monthly written report from Interim on achievements v objectives
We stay in touch with you on a regular basis
We conduct a post assignment audit when the assignment is completed

HOW MUCH?
